In your booklet titled "National Mall & Memorial Parks" it states that Tourmobile Sightseeing is the official interpretive vistor transportation servive for the National Mall. We are from Oregon and have never been to The National Mall before. I tried to gather as much help as possible before leaving to have a smooth trip at the Mall. Our experience with the tourmoble was a nightmare!!! From the 1st moment they were inconsiderate none caring about their customers, they appearred to not have enough staff to run the busses and left us standing in the hot sun at the arlington cemetary waiting for the town tour. Finally a very lazy unfriendly person sandered over and took his own sweet time before he let us load. the guides told us a bus came every 25 minutes at each stop to pick you up. The final straw was we were stranded at theThomas Jefferson Mounument for 50 minutes in the hot sun, I made several calls to the office and others called too they would not give us a time the bus would be there. I have had a heart attack and my husband has had a stroke and we were not feeling well in that kind of heat. they were so slow we could not get on and off to see hardly anything because of the turn over time between stops. The cost was high $64 for the service. You need to take them out of your book as a recommandation and do everyone a service by not misleading them!! From our observation {and everyone stranded with us] the grey line and the old city tours would be much better. I counted at least 5 to 6 old city tour busses go by [ they have a sign on the side that says 100% satisfaction guarenteed] and at least 4 greyhound hop on hop off buses go by while we were stranded. When I called Tourmobile trying to get service I asked if they have a 100% satisfaction policy of course they said NO!! The driver said when they finally showed up that there was heavy traffic in town and that held them up {how did all the other busses get thur town and pass by us and Tourmoble could not get there.?} It was a Sunday we never did see heavy traffic. PLEASE DO ANY OTHER POOR VICTOM A FAVOR AND TAKE THEM OUT OF YOUR BOOKLET!!!!!!!!!!!
