Overview

These tranquil 22 acres contain a secluded network of trails that is a favorite of families and couples. Foot-bridges and stepping stones cross two small creeks and pass through a lakeside grove of moss-draped oaks. Colorful gardens, towering palm trees, brilliant peacocks, and delicate water lilies lift the spirits of visitors to Mayfield Park. In a historic setting, an 1870's cottage blends with ponds and gardens in a beautiful harmony Historic Mayfield Park may be rented for small/medium size events such as weddings and other social gatherings, business conferences, workshops and retreats. It is not recommended for theater events, large concerts, or events that require temporary installation of hardware and structures within the gardens and cottage. Soft exterior lighting, as though moonlight is peeking through the trees, creates a suitable setting for evening events. The grounds are a public park and remain open to the public during reservation hours. The cottage and gardens are both wheelchair accessible. Maximum attendees for events: 200.
