Overview

Beck Lake Park has more than two miles of asphalt trails encircling two large reservoirs, offering spectacular views of the city and beyond. Other features include a developed Braille Trail, Cody Lions Club picnic shelters, handicapped accessible fishing piers, the new off-leash dog park, and coming soon the Beck Lake Bike Park with optinons for riders of all abilities. More amenities: Ampitheater, BBQ Grills, Boat Ramp, Interpretive Nature Trail, Non-Motorized Watercraft Allowed, Picnic Tables, Public Restrooms, Walking Path, and Waterfowl Viewing Area. Much of the east, south and west shores of Beck and Alkali Lakes provide important nesting and escape habitat for the 80 species of waterfowl and songbirds. Local pet leash laws are strictly enforced.
