The 23-minute surround-sound film, Spirit of Yosemite provides an introduction to the stories behind Yosemite's grand beauty, extraordinary community of living things, American Indian culture and history of wildland preservation. Shot over a period of two years, this film motivates Yosemite visitors to discover their own special connection with this magnificent national park. Spirit of Yosemite was made possible by donations from The Yosemite Fund and Yosemite National Park entrance fees. The film can be viewed throughout the day at the Valley Visitor Center Theater. Closed-captioned and audio described.
