Scattered oaks provide shade for the 17 camp units found at Indian Flats Campground. This high desert area provides the opportunity to explore interesting rock formations along with the opportunity to hike portions of the Pacific Crest Trail, which is to the east.

Campground facilities include water, picnic tables, pedestal grills, fire rings, and vault toilets. Sites normally serve 6 to 8 people and 2 vehicles. There are no showers and no hookups or dump stations for trailers or recreation vehicles. Sites are first-come, first-served.


Directions from Warner Springs, CA: Travel 2.2 miles northwest on Highway 79 to the junction with Indian Flats Road (Forest Road 9S05) and then proceed northerly 7 miles on this travelway to the campground.
